A Message From The President

The Township of Cranford has many unique attributes, one of which is its strong volunteer core. The Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, volunteer organization, created as a working partnership of individuals and businesses.

The past year has marked a major milestone for the Cranford Area Chamber of Commerce. Through greater visibility and a renewed enthusiasm from the community with our special events and programs, the Cranford Chamber also has earned itself a reputation as one of the most active Chambers of Commerce in the state of New Jersey. These events and programs include:

  • Spring, Summer & Fall Arts & Crafts Festival
  • Networking Events
  • Pride in Cranford Awards
  • Scholarship Program
  • Circus
  • Car Shows
  • Holiday Events

The strength of the Chamber’s many successes comes from its membership. As a Chamber of Commerce member, you make a vital contribution and a valuable investment in the betterment of the community. Remember, when you renew your membership in the Chamber of Commerce, you are renewing the investment you have made to preserve the quality of life in the Township of Cranford through actively supporting its business and industry. In return, your Chamber of Commerce membership benefits you in the following ways:

  • Membership in the Chamber provides a vehicle by which a member can advertise his/her service/product to the community. The Chamber’s vast advertising capabilities can help provide name recognition and affords the member the power of more advertising strength behind it, rather that if the individual member or member organization were to advertise and promote his or her business independently.
  • Membership in the Chamber serves as an excellent networking resource to help develop business contacts.
  • Chamber membership classifies the individual member’s reputation in his or her respective profession or trade (similar to a Better Business Bureau “seal of approval”).

We hope that the above is informative and helpful. If we can be of any assistance or if you have any suggestions, please contact the Chamber Office at (908) 272-6114 or e-mail us at [email protected].

The Chamber, along with its Officers and Board of Directors, looks forward to meeting you in the future.

Sincerely,

Martha Garcia, President
