    The Friends of the Cranford Public Library are pleased to welcome a visit from the Wandering Bards. Admission to the program is free and all are welcome. The Bards perform down-home funk ‘n’ folk on acoustic instruments. Between and among them, the five-man troupe plays harmonica, kazoo, accordion, musical saw, jaw harp, bass, cajon, kalimba, steel pan, violin, guitar, banjitar and djembe. The Bards appear regularly in a number of clubs in the Union County area and have also appeared at the Fire on the Mountain Solstice Celebration in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania, the Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch, the Newark Bears Baseball Block Party, and the Black Potato Festival in Clinton.
