Free 8 week seminar, in its 26th installment, includes learning about the stages of grief and understanding the tasks of the grieving process, coping strategies, how to care for yourself and why it is important to do so. Also, the discussions deal with changes, challenges and choices that occur, how to create cherishable memories, coping with holidays and anniversaries, dealing with feelings of loneliness and being disconnected spiritually. A special candlelight ceremony is held to remember those who have been lost.
